Miguel Masha Paul, born in Panama City, Florida, is a guard for the Missouri Tigers basketball team. With a father as a former Philly Eagles football player, Miguel Paul was expected to do great things. Nicknamed “Mic,” Miguell Paul selected Missouri over multiple offers due to the great relationship he developed with the Missouri coaching staff. Miguel Paul has developed into a quick point guard, since he began in 2008, and is not afraid to effectively attack the basket.
As a Kathleen High School basketball player, Miguel Paul obtained back-to-back appearances in the Class 4A state championship game. Paul is an unselfish player that knows when to step up and when to do what is best for the team. Among many other awards, Miguel Paul was also named one of the nation’s top 150 performers by ESPN.com, and a Top 15 point guard recruits nationally.
After playing his first year for the Missouri Tigers, Miguel capped his freshman campaign by being ranked the No. 1 freshman in the class of 2008 by Breakdown Magazine. Miguel Paul played in all 38 games that first Missouri Tigers season and ranked among team leaders in assists, minutes per game and steals.
Miguel Paul is not done yet, so don’t miss out on a Missouri Tigers basketball game this next season. Check out the Missouri Tigers basketball schedule to purchase your Missouri Tigers basketball tickets today.
